Introduction of Babbler (geyser) and its characteristics

What is Babbler?

Babbler or geyser is a type of drip irrigation emitter that is installed on a pedestal next to a tree or plant and distributes the water in an umbrella-like manner with a diameter of about 60 cm.

Usually the water requirement of a tree is well met by using a geyser. The relatively high flow rate of Babbler (discharge flow from 30 to 400 liters per hour) has caused this device to be used in converting surface irrigation of old groves and gardens to drip irrigation.
